Q. I need a "new" or "replacement" key for my cart or narcotic box?
Answer: If you have the key provide the number on the face of the key when you call for
replacement or additional key. If the key is lost, provide the number on the face
of the lock when calling, this number should match the lost key. Please provide
your cart serial number at time of call this is helpful to the Technical Support
Q. What is the difference between a "Master Key" and a "Control Key"?
Answer: A "Master" key will open any lock in that series, i.e. an RxQP Master will open any
RxQP lock. A "Control" key will allow you to remove a core from a lock body.
Q. Ball bearings are falling out of the cart and the drawer doesn't work correctly. How do I fix it?
